Description of Certificates

DESCRIPTION

The Higher Courses of Administration and Management’s trainees are awarded ranked certificates that contain instructor information, course structure, and final grade. Certificates are issued only to trainees who successfully completed trainings based on the results of an individual assessment of the acquired competencies. The final table for assessing the knowledge of trainee’s is placed on the back of the certificate. If earlier certificates were issued only for the simple fact of an employee's presence at courses, now only a trainee who scored at least 10 weighted average points out of 20 maximum is eligible for a certificate. In addition, certificates of completion of advanced training courses are not issued to trainee who have missed more than 30% of the study time without having documents confirming good reasons for absence.
