Green Academy

At the Academy, a training was conducted for staff as a result of the "Digital and Green Universities Transformation" Summer Camp. The following topics were discussed:
- Development of modules on green dimensions
- Digitalization of university administrative processes
- Building a green university infrastructure
The training provided the Academy's team with essential knowledge to develop and prepare both a mandatory interdisciplinary course and an elective course. The focus was on the technical aspects of green and digital transformation.
It is planned to implement the "Green Academy" concept. This concept aims to promote environmental protection by implementing measures such as reducing carbon emissions, recycling waste, conserving water and energy, and creating ecological infrastructure. The "Green Academy" will serve as a model for a green economy at the university level and promote an eco-friendly culture.
The "Green University" concept is gaining popularity, involving the integration of sustainable practices into all educational programs and campus activities. The Academy aims to integrate sustainability into all aspects of the university, including educational programs, greening the campus, and promoting eco-friendly behavior among students and staff.
The Academy will adopt practices from other universities that are actively promoting the "Green Universities" concept, focusing on educational programs that promote sustainability, student involvement in environmental projects, and the development of eco-friendly habits among students.
